Sparkling White 2020
This is a careful blend of two of the classic Champagne varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, and is made using the traditional method where the second fermentation is done in the bottle. It has a fresh, fruit aroma of green apple, melon with subtle honey and floral characters. On the palate a delightful combination of toffee apple and baked apple, rounded with good acidity and a delicate mineral finish.
Our Sparkling White, as with all our wines and gins is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Food Pairing
Our rather special sparkling white wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, each adding their own unique character to the mix. These bubbles will add a level of sophistication to creamy risottos and pasta dishes.

“This is a great vintage release with lots of exciting characters in the wines, really showing off the Tuffon Hall fruit. The wines will both be well placed in your weddings environment. The cuvee in particular is showing some very interesting lees and aging notes which enhance the quality of the wine”.
