Our delightful sparkling rose is full of zingy fruity flavours, this unusual wine is a blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir and adds a depth to fruity, savoury, meaty and gamey flavours. We tend to find it is the perfect match for barbeque offerings, really complementing meats such as sausages and ribs. Also why not add a celebratory feel to your brunch, this wine loves creamy poached eggs and smoky bacon. This special drink is the perfect romantic addition to chocolate covered strawberries and an Eton Mess the acidity in the wine cutting through and enhancing those delicate delicious flavours.
