• Bacchus Gin – From the skins of our hand-picked Bacchus grapes, distilled with juniper, coriander, citrus and bay for a refreshing, dry finish.
• Sloe Gin – Hand-picked sloe berries from our blackthorn hedges, slowly steeped in locally distilled gin.
• Toffee Vodka – Distilled from naturally sweet second-pick grapes and blended with smooth toffee caramel for an indulgent, silky finish.
