Wine Club Terms and Conditions

Age restriction
Purchasers must be aged 18 years or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is an offence for us to sell or supply alcohol to any person under the age of 18.
Membership and delivery schedule
The Wine Club is available for purchase online on an annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically dispatch your wine cases in January, April, June, and September, subject to product availability.
Cancellation rights
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of confirmation without charge. You may rejoin the Wine Club at any time after cancellation; however, we reserve the right to refuse re-enrollment if we have previously terminated your membership.
Order notifications and changes
Before each scheduled delivery, we will notify you by email. You may skip a delivery or amend your order before the stated cut-off date provided in the “Your Case is Ready” email.
Product availability and substitution
Product availability cannot be guaranteed. Where a particular wine or case is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value. You will be notified of any substitutions in advance.
Order cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payment received.
Damaged or faulty goods
We will provide a replacement or full refund for any wines that are damaged or faulty, provided such damage or fault was not caused by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prohibition on commercial use
Purchases are for personal use only. Customers buying products for commercial purposes, including resale or trade use, are not permitted to use this service. Any such orders may be cancelled without notice.
Discount exclusions
The 20% Wine Club discount applies to eligible wine and gin purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
Membership benefits
Wine Club benefits are exclusive to the named purchaser and are non-transferable.
Termination of membership
Cancelling your membership will result in the immediate deactivation of all associated benefits. We reserve the right to request the return of any complimentary products or event tickets provided under the membership in the event of cancellation.
Claiming tour and tasting tickets
To redeem your two complimentary tickets to a public Tour & Tasting, please check available dates on our website and email info@tuffonhall.co.uk to book.
Claiming jazz tickets
To claim your two complimentary Jazz in the Vines tickets, email info@tuffonhall.co.uk and we will add you to the guest list.
Claiming an accommodation discount
To redeem your 25% discount on glamping accommodation, email stay@tuffonhall.co.uk to enquire about direct booking rates.
Discounts apply to direct bookings only (not via third parties) and are subject to availability. A minimum two-night stay applies.
Price changes
All wine prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Amendments to terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including (but not limited to) where required by changes in law, taxation, or the costs associated with providing our products and services.
