6. Order process and contract formation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A valid form of identification may be required upon delivery or collection.
If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, delivery will be refused and the order cancelled.

Event tickets purchased through the website are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us.

If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event programmes, menus, or timings where necessary.

Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We deliver within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) using APC’s Fragile Service.

A signature from an adult over 18 is required upon delivery.

Collections from Tuffon Hall Vineyard must be arranged by appointment.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights to cancel and return goods. Please note that cancellation rights do not apply to perishable items (such as wine or spirits once opened) or to event tickets after purchase, except where required by law.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of our products;
