The Cellar Door Barn
At the heart of Tuffon Hall stands our magnificent 16th-century threshing barn — the beating heart of the estate and the place where every visit seems to begin, and end.
We affectionately call it the Cellar Door — though it’s no underground cellar, as you might imagine. Instead, this soaring, timber-framed barn is flooded with natural light, its centuries-old beams now home to our tastings, weddings and celebrations of every kind.
No photograph quite prepares you for the feeling of stepping inside: the sense of scale, the craftsmanship, the warmth that radiates from the oak itself.
Restored with great care and powered by the land beneath it, the barn connects past and present in one extraordinary space — a place where the story of Tuffon Hall truly comes to life.
