Planting the vines

The four varieties of vines had been chosen (Bacchus and Chardonnay, both white and Pinot Muenier and Pinot Noir, both red), the field had been prepared and it was now time to plant the vines. It was a beautiful couple of days, just what the team needed to ensure the vines could enter the soil without being damaged and find their feet as it were. now all we needed was the right combination of weather and some patience…
